1. Decoration of Hall, Landing & Stairs.

This was a very challenging project. Firstly, access was an issue. This meant that construction of a stairwell platform was required. Secondly, the internal render was 'blown' i.e., not adhered to the wall. This all had to be made good prior to any 'papering'. After making good, a very thick lining paper was used '1700'to ensure that the final finish after painting was of a good standard. Please see the following pics, which provide an overview of the project.

2. Making good damaged drywall on stairs.

An accident had caused drywall to be broken on the stairwell. Once again although straightforward enough, due to access and reinforcement, It presented it's own challenges. Please see the pics.

3. Tap conversion kit.

As taps age, despite changing washers several times, their internal tap glands can leak. An alternative to full replacement is the tap conversion kit. Please see pics.
